Personally do I like older women? I look at them the same as ones my age: personality, do they look good, take care of themselves etc, but more often they are more mature, less prone to be whiny, clingy, etc, because with experience they learn, like anyone else, what people like and dislike and adapt. Why put up with a younger woman's nonsense, if there's a good lookin older woman who doesn't bother you. And as far as younger guys "bothering" you. Not all of us are immature, just lookin for sex, or to "bag a cougar" etc, all those stereotypes. Give one or two a chance if you're feelin frisky, they may be different then you think.

Myself, I wouldn't date anyone older than 30 cuz I have 6 older siblings, and my eldest sister will be 30 in March, so it'd feel weird to me, and as far as messing around...depends how good lookin she is lol. Some women age really well and/or take care of themselves

 Ashton Kutcher has nothing to do with it. This has been happening for much longer than he has even been alive. I also don't believe that ALL the younger guys want older women. It's a matter of taste and opinion. Some guys and gals like older mates, some like younger. Some even, heaven forbid, prefer mates of their own age.
