I have always been attracted to the chocolate side of the world lol! Don't know why, just am. My family doesn't really agree w/ it, but it's my life and who I'm attracted to I have no control. What is really the big deal if two people care for each other what does it matter what the color is? However this has been an issue for decades now, and it may be getting better, but some people are just ignorant. Will this issue ever be resolved?? What is sad, is what the children have to go through in interracial families. Depending where they are brought up, they get picked on, stereotypes, criticism, etc.
If you love someone then it really shouldn't matter what color, religion, etc they are, just that you have each other.

Same here. I find black men very attractive. My only hesitation would be the families... my immediately family wouldn't have any issue with an interracial relationship, but my grandmother has already disowned a branch of the family because one of the girls married a black man, and I wouldn't want my significant other feeling bad because of anything my family would do. It has been getting better over the years as far as interracial relationships in general go, and I hope that by the next generation, those kinds of concerns are completely extinct.

I so look foward to the day when all people are looked at as just people...color, religion, sexual preferences, disabilities and all those things that hinder mankind moving foward will just be gone....all of them are such small parts or what each of us really are...why do we continue to allow them to even come into consideration....but I have to believe the day will come!!!

I really enjoy all women, but i do prefer white women mainly b/c I went to an all white school and since then I have dated mostly white women. The few black women I have dated end up breaking up with me b/c I dated white women in the past..I do what I like and who I like...

now i have two kids by a white woman f*ck what my family say think or feel that slave shit was before our time.i understand black men died justing hi to white women long back when and that mess hurt the soul of a black man and give us thoughts of talking or walking away from a white lady but i feel these women out here black and white looking for the samething(((((LOVE)))).I THOUGHT MY KIDS mother WAS READY TO BE MY WIFE BUT SHE TOOK THE LEFT PATH AND NOT THE RIGHT(left me with two boys one passed away due to his liver at 4 a few months back and the 2 year old well he still with me; because they mother did what she did i can't feel white women are bad; i would still date white women;No one can hate you,me,or him for who we love black MEN and white women make some picture perfect kodak moment(lol)i love my lil son. his skin and hair A MIX ME i love so dearly i love snow bunnys like snow bunnys love us

i would believe that interracial relationships are similar to say a dark Italian with a light skin Irish woman...if the thought is on having children--supposedly the children would have coloring in the middle--but what do i know--i married an italian and never found out--but love makes us do things against society standards anyhow

Sounds like an inspiring thread. Truth be know, we are all of a mixed race. From the time the Egytians captured the Hebrews, the Romans inveaded Jerusalem and most of all Europe. If everyone checked their genealogy they may be surprised at what they find. They just refuse to admitt it.
