I don't know about other people but I think it's a good idea. I would be interested to see Wiccan and Celtic groups. Learning promotes tolerance, And in religion these days we need all the tolerance we can promote. Maybe the religions are too diverse to have enough though to represent most. The powers that be should certainly consider it.

Queen...
I am asking so that i do not overstep your space, patience please...
if someone believes and is a cChristan, but believes many other things you would rather they not be here....
it is fine with me and will not see it as anything but private space...i try very hard to respect others wishes, which is why I ask...
thank You so much
Lynne

I actually e-mailed the operators of this site, the e-mail was deleted and not answered. Maybe we should start an e-mail campaign. Hit the contact us at the bottom of the pages, send this request to everyone we know is interested, and a member. Maybe that will attract their attention.

Open to suggestions

The last response says much about the topic under discussion...
*deleted with no reply*...
about says it all.

Maybe the word with *R* should be omitted.

UNIVERSAL LIVING
or spiritual, non religous as the title...

We do need to remember, we are all here as non paying members...
I like this site much better than any other singles site.

So, if we do not get what we are asking for....life is like that!

"We would like a group that does not have Christians coming in hijacking the threads all the time."

I do not know why you are here Jinx as you have a christian only forum, why would you deny one for non-christian only.

The reason we need a non-christian forum is because of posts like Jinx. In the regular religion forum we can never have a thread that is ours without a christian interfering. I do not attack christians, tell them they are going to hell, call them devils or say they are working for the devil. If I comment it is my opinion and my opinion only. Not preaching trying to convert or condemning.

Sorry to stick my opinion in on this. But, why would a group promoting openness, communication, acceptance and peace (Christian or non-Christian) ever approach the attitudes of mine vs yours? There is no philosophical or religious teaching I know of that suggests or accepts the process in this form.

Promote the practice of peace like the Christ, the Buddah, and every other great teacher.

Love and Peace my friends - Namaste.
