Will you answer emails about how tos and don'ts and do you have the expertise to do so?
Some of the requests I've seen on here would require and IT with hands on to the actual computer and server system. Sure it could be done remotely but who wants to risk system integrity for everyone? So in what ways that don't require such access can some of the load be relieved from the Administrators?
