Do dreams of love really come true? Can a romance ever really be like in the movies, where you BOTH love each other so much you really WOULD die for them? I mean BOTH, not just one sided. Or are they just dreams and fairy tales?

Oh I hope so. I know when I love it is with all my heart....totally. That is scary to me. Always scares me when I'm with a man I know I could love.
My parents had and still have that kind of love. It comes from both of them. They always have had. Mama always adored daddy and he always thought she was the best thing ever was.
I want that too.

So well put, my dad passed away at 41, my mom never had any interest in meeting anyone else, she remained a widow until she passed away at 73. That;s how her love for him was. That's all the only kind of love I ever wanted, was what she had also. I too give my whole heart in being IN LOVE with my man. Someone might say what about your kids, if you give your whole heart to one man. I say it's because I can give my whole heart with being IN LOVE with him, but still give my heart in loving my children and grandchildren.

I know a lot of people in Columbia and the surrounding area. Your time will come, but you have to believe it with all of your heart. People often see or feel a person's reservations and back away or run very fast the opposite way . Good luck.

sometimes a dream gives hope and sometime an opposite meaning too as i have heard--i'm Italian and heard both my mother and grandmother when she was alive say they had someone in their dreams close to them talk to them and bringing them "news" and good luck and fortune too///so why can't dreams come true at anytime in our life----

Dreams
I'm actually living one of mine.
Guess I've been lucky in a weird, painful sort of way.
I have the kids - the property and land - all some sort of dream.
I have had women during my life - and while I was theirs, my dreams were absolutely fulfilled. Guess loosing those dreams - is making me create new ones.
Some days are harder than others to remember that.
I’ve been getting by - showing my children that it’s okay to dream. Dreams are what they have to use as incentives. I tell them - “Just think, some day you are gonna get a package from dear old dad at college. When you open it up it’s gonna be full of all the things WE planted here. Like the pomegranate you’re eating!” He stood there eating and picking at his pomegranate and staring down the hill with me. A few minutes later - “That would be cool dad, and I won’t share them either! Well, I will but you know dad.”
I gave him a dream - which included college - hehehehehe
My kids know that one of the things I am “working on” is the plan to float the entire Mississippi river from top to bottom in our sailboat! I think that ones gonna happen in 2 more summers. Kids will be at the perfect age.
I have tried to figure out how to get my forest fire business going again -
Shit who am I kidding - half the time just trying to stand up sucks
All I got left are dreams
I suppose that in the long run, I dream that someday, another “one” will show up and want to help me create a new set of dreams. I’m really good at sharing
