Last year on March,i found my wife of seven year in bed with my best friend.This thing hurt me alot and i was thinking of killing both of them and commit suicide,but i had a secord thoght and let them to go.
My ex-wife left me my two sons aged 5 and 3 year old.I took them to the care of my Ma' cause i was planning to come to United State,so i couldn't travel with them.
Now the big problem is that,i've never touched a woman since March last,and i notice i'm fearing women.From last Month,i start expriecing some pain in my testicals and one on the right side is swelling.
Can lack of active sex cause this....??
I'm a human being and i have feelings too,so guys help with ideas  .

i would like to say slowly move on but you also have to be ready and it hurts cause you loved someone else and that love has not left yet but in time you will find some else who loves you and you love them .dont fear women cause all women are not the same and dont look at the other women as what your wife did to you.start over and be a little open with the other personbut also pray that god will ease your pain and he will allow you to move on and be happy and love some one else.and it may not be time for you to touch another women yet because you may feel that someone hurt you so you may not be ready to put someone in your life right know.just have friends and if something is meant to be from there you will feel it in your heart.

Trust issues are sometimes hard to over come when hurt and without reasons. The constant wondering why will deminish because there are no real answers just excuses. Now she will be someone elses problem and not yours ... how lucky can you get

Mashajones,very sorry 2 hear that your wife was unfaithful 2 you.I went through the same thing many years ago and I decided to stay in the relationship. I loved my husband and did not want to give him up. I could not forget about him cheating and made my self a nerviuos wreck. I was looking through his wallet for phone numbers when he was sleeping and pressing redial on the phone when he had been home alone. If he was late from work and didn't call my heart would stop and my mind would imagined every bad thing I could think of. My mom gave me some good advice and I really did listen. She told me,{if your going to stay with Craig you have to forgive him and quit making him pay for what he has done}. I did alot of praying and let go of my fear. I am not sure how long it took for me to heal and let go of my fear but it was awhile. I can say that if a person does not allow themself the time to heal from a broken heart, they will carry their broken heart into the next relationship and the next person they're dating will pay for it. Give yourself time to get to know you and love yourself then you can love that special someone when they come along. As for the problem down below, I have no idea.......sorry....God Bless
