i cant figure it out everytime there is a disscussion about dating men well at least the men i have dated love to be the big man and do everyhing .i just wish men would get it in there heads women are also very strong in alot of ways that we know how to handle ourselves we dont need you to order for us when we go out and we dont need to have you think that because we went out and you spent money on us that you are going to get any thats why i love to at least pay half or at least leave the tip

i feel as if men are scared to admit there mistakes so i figure that why should we admit our mistakes if they cant all they ever get is pms if they dont have the last word i mean really what do men have that they are scared of us if we have the last word i also waitresssed and god the women were just as bad as the men if you even looked at there man the gave you such attitude and the men just sit down like dogs and take there commands like good doggies

you ask what we are afrade of well im reading a book on social dynamics right now and it goes all the way back to old times. and if the men dident take charge then they had a good chance at loseing what they have. now im not saying that they should order for there girls bc i wouldent do it for them unless they want me to. but its in our geans i guess. did that make any sence? i am so far past tired that im not thinking all that strate but i think i said all that right

I don't like it if a man orders for me unless I'm in the bathroom or en route to the restaurant. But I don't like it if he just picks something random off the menu and expects me to eat it. It's kind of nice though, when you are together long enough for him to learn your likes in food and surprise you by ordering exactly what you were going to order anyway. It's very sweet (and plain good manners) to let the woman order first.

i agree with you one hundred percent that it is so romantic that if you are with someone for a long time that he knows you likes and dislikes so he is able to order for you and it is also nice to know that theyare really into your needs also not just theres

thats one heck of a book but you can never be to demanding because sometimes depending on the woman they love to be treated like puppies and be commanded to do things thats not what i like i like and oldfashioned whirl wind romance where chivarly is not dead its just hiding where a man brings flowers and just for the hell of it leaves little post its

i don't always have to have the last in fact even when i'm right i'll often say "your right " and let whoever i'm talking too have the last word just so we can move on to a different subject...
as for men wanting to order for a woman or tell her how to do things ..first i never order for anyone except my kids when they were younger , now waiting for her to be seated before you sit, letting her order first , and opening doors , and paying the bill well thats just manners .... as far as telling women how to do things i realize women are smart,strong,and independant but men are fixers . we see a problem we try to fix it so when you tell us about something going wrong or a problem even though you might just want someone to listen and not give advice it's hard for us not to give advice(try to fix it) or try to fix it ourselves sorry it's breed into us ..some of us try not to be this way but it's a hard habbit to break...and those are MY last words..
