What's your biggest fear in life as you grow older? |

On a recent trip I asked this question of my 3 passengers of various ages. I was surprised by their input. one whom was just a mere 25 said alzheimers. The others agreed, as did I. Cancer was the next answer. What is your biggest fear?

well guess who i mot hos punching bag no more a little bloody and brusied all to hell and hell so wet but i got on mu knee and said please if you do not take that sum bag i div take me to jail. off and gone to jail and i told him we got kids leave where div and he siad he said he see me dead fist and now it all know and yes i will be at the court houdr mondAY and i stood my ground with the cops i think they where not perpardd take me in. lik my x hussband i gst you and your lawyer. let him xplain to the judge where my ha;f a mill whent its agood thing my daddy burrued the rwst. since 07 i havebeen div now time for my life.

I don't really fear what happens in the future. If things happen then I can't stop them from happening so why fear them. I would be disappointed in myself for not doing things that I would like to do. So I live one day at a time and face the good and bad as they come.

My biggest fear is getting alzheimers. My Mom had it before she died. Some of the things I do now tend to worry me, the forgetfulness, the stupid things I do. I read several articles after retiring and it was noted that keeping your mind active helps to curb it. I keep busy playing mind games like mahhjong, doing word search puzzles, jigsaw puzzles. crocheting, and anything else I can find to make my brain work all the time.

Ending it alone. At one point I thought I would be fine with that idea but recently not so sure. I look at other couples and realize what I am missing. I dont place my self worth on another person but it sure would be nice to know that I took someones heart while here.

I know there will be grieving people, I just would rather that they not be ashamed of having known me, but, rather proud that I was in their lives.

Well i have lost most of my family that i was close to and the ones that are alive i really have no use for except for about 2 or 3 of them. I know i will never have a family of my own so it kind of all smooths out for me cause that way i can have more money and just worry about supporting myself.

ewwww ... the thought of the neighbors calling the police because of the horrible smell coming from the house and finding a decomposing body. Have to agree with that one Kym.

Nah Chici its just wishful thinking. Im going to die on the beach, sitting under my umbrella dressed in the same color from head to toe with a wine glass in one hand a good book in the other with a smirk on my face that says...WOW that was a hell of a ride!!!!!!!!
