So Sunday is coming to a close there in Germany. I used to look at the stars when I was on my "senior trip" in a faraway place in 1967 and think that these are the stars that my friends and family look at. It was simply amazing.

Hope you have a great day as well.
I thought some may enjoy having the recipe, it's very very easy, and
so much better than from a box or frozen. My children love them, and
so has anyone I have ever made them for. Enjoy!

p.s. I love topping them with chunky peaches, and whipped cream.
Then sprinkle cinnamon on that...yummy.

Breakfast tacos. Scrambled eggs with sausage (chorizo) and chili sauce (I make my own after roasting and blanching serrano, anaheim and jalapeno peppers; alot of work....but oh so worth it) all rolled up in a tortilla. YUM...YUM!

Anything I can carry in my hand as I head out the door to work. Usually an oatmeal bar or poptart.

The best breakfast I ever had was one cooked over a camp fire in a cast iron skillet. Bacon, eggs, sausage and potatos. Yummy!
