Most staying there are ex British military. Just check out the bar to find this out. Had some great conversations "and quite a few pints" with some crusty and all very friendly and inquisitive people. The accommodations are very clean but "basic" not a Marriott but more of a Motel 6. The prices are about 40% less than even the crappy hotels in London. This is a nice place which reflects military pride as you can imagine. I will do it again.
