Lots of people dont even know where little ol Delaware is.There was a thread not long ago about name all the states you have been in.Lots of folks named NJ,Pa,Maryland,Virginia..but forgot Delaware.If you live in Maryland and have been to NJ its pretty hard to miss Delaware..lol..So I'm going to start naming somethings that nice about living in the Small wonder
1...We get very little snow most years..

we are kinda like a small town state...most everyone does know someone that knows someone we know..lol..
Great deer hunting and good waterfowl...lots of ducks n geese..especially those dreaded snow geese

I hate those dirty rotten geese!
I do love the parks here. The state and county parks are just beautiful. I go to Delcastle a lot to walk. It always has so much activity going on, even early in the mornings.

The Outlets are always cool until they start to get packed with too many people.I always liked the Indian River Intet..great swimming and fishing and when I was younger used to love surfing there..

Let's not forget the Airforce base which is home to peaple from everywhere
which help protect this country. Plus they have a cool airshow every year.
From what i can tell i believe are cops are a little bit more leaniant
than other states. i could b wrong. At least the ones ive delt with
Don't forget the Nascar races at Dover Downs. Actually i stay away from Dover
those days. It's crazy around there
I believe that was 3 cents worth but what the hell..

I love it here no tax great weather year round close to water no matter where you are in the state the only down fall is when the invaders come in the summer but i can deal with them lol
