Two Hawks takes the Talking Stick:
I drive a 1973 Volkswagen Super Beetle that I bought brand new in 1973. Yes folks! 35 years....same car! One engine overhaul in 35 years. It needs another overhaul and will get one soon. It needs a little body work and some interior work, but I'm still getting 29+ miles to the gallon on the road. Since day one....every 3000 miles...oil change. Every 6000 miles...tune up. I do that religiously!
My favorite experssion about Volkswagens is: The Volkswagen is NOT a mode of transportation. It's a way of life!
