OMG! Good question. Semen is filled with protein and other nutrients in order to make the sperm healthy for that arduous trip towards the cervix. I don't feel that the female should think oral sex is mandatory. If she doesn't like oral sex, then she shouldn't be made to feel guilty, or accused of not loving her partner.
However, if she chooses to perform oral sex on her partner, she should educate herself as to all of the possible repercussions that taking semen into her mouth entails. The ejaculate will not cause any harm to her. Its salty taste and unpleasant smell can be a deterrent to the actual swallowing. Both man and woman should have discussed this topic beforehand, and settle on a compromise first. I verbalize before we begin a sexual relationship what I like and don't like. Then, if his preferences are undesirable to me, or mine to him, then I consider not proceeding in such a relationship.
Our bodies are our own and no man can insist what we do with US. So, women, if swallowing is uncomfortable for you, tell him so and don't let him make you feel guilty. If he can't deal witrh your decision, then kick him to the curb!

Well... hmmmm...
If I am comfortable enough with a person to let him hump my face then I am comfortable enough to swallow his children.
The taste doesn't bother me so much.
And sometimes depending on the man, I even crave it.
