Truckin's right - Wethersfield's and Casto's are terrific restaurants on Oak Park Ave near the train station! You're also not too far from Cog Hill in Lemont for golf and Midwest Amphitheater (used to be Tweeter Center) for live music. Governor's State in University Park (a bit further south) also has good theater and entertainment.

Tinley Park is really known for being a quite town. Have you been in the train station yet? Check it out over on 173rd & Oak Park Ave. In the summer, there are concerts every other weekend at the train station, no cost, and they are very entertaining, a good way to meet people in Tinley, just bring a chair!!
