There's such a thing as situational context. If there is lots of kissing, sex signals, etc., it may be appropriate, though no always means no. But, if there has only been coffee and conversation, the guy's an idiot at the least, with shit for social skills. Anyone seriously giving him a thumbs-up is no better. Don't blame you for being pissed. You have every right. Not every guy is like that. But even one, is one too many. Sadly, there are more than a few.
Take self defense like jujitsu, or krav maga, if you can. It will give you self-confidence and you'll learn how to use his balls as one of those toys you squeeze to vent frustration. Hey, one good squeeze deserves another. Right?

Hi there. As a man. Yes he was bang out of order. Its just that some times we men do get carried away. I just spoke with another woman on DH about this as she would never let a man walk her to her car...probably for this reason. I was raised it was/is the correct/gentlemanly thing to do, so I have always done it. I will admit that I will sometimes lean my head in the car for a kiss, if she wants to she can, if she doesn't want to she can ignore me or put the car in reverse and take off my head...Nothing should be taken for granted by any man at any time!!
