It varies for me. Sometimes I like to receive first, if she is a very skilled at giving oral sex and that is what both of us agree. Other times the 69 is good way to give and receive at the same time. Then there are times when I want to start things off and give her oral; test the "waters", prime her pump, and see how she responds/recipricates. Variety is something I have learned rarely goes wrong.
