I get them all the time from freinds. Sadly I've been told I remind people of Maxine I tend to be straight to the point myself!! I think she is a riot

Well, Lazy Sue... we have something in common then... My friends do exactly the same... and I think she's a real hoot. I have on occasion sent some to email "friends"! One of my favorites is "Aren't you just the sweetest little black hole of need"! We should communicate and continue sharing. What is it about sarcastic remarks and irony of situations that make us laugh so hard?! The fact that Maxine is portrayed as a woman with such vehemence of everyone makes it really funny for me...Would I actually wanna be around someone who is like that all the time? No...definitely NO...but it would be very fun to have a punch line ready when it's needed. Maybe that's why I like it so much... it's something I could not do!

Maxine Cartoons always make me laugh. She is sooo funny and I can relate alot of the time. Along with the pluggers, I do alot of the things they point out in the Pluggers Cartoon. Oh well, I am just me!!

I think she is so funny because she says so many things we want to but can't. Political correctness is not in her vocabulary.
