Because of the age group you require and need. As we men get older, we learn more about life and what is important in life. I fit many of your requirements and yet I don't. I am too old to want more kids. Its time at my age to enjoy life. Do I have a problem wth exiting kids? Not at all, but I am too old to wake up to a baby crying.
Unfortunately, many older guys like me have picked up bad habits on the way like smoking and in reality, its hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
There are guys out there that are romantic sensitive and honest, and guys in their fifties have been through all the crap and many by now know what they want in life and know what they are willing to do to attain it.
We are out there.

i am one of those good guys that you seek. I do have a good head on my shoulders and do know what i want out of my life. My job and my niece and nephew keep me really busy. I do work early and go to bed early if you dont mind that. i know the distance might be a long with gas prices.
But never give up you'll find someone soon enough.
