i know this one has been run into the ground but i want to know....
the whole swallowing thing...i have done it twice and i wuld rather swallow than spit it out and have to taste it again  ... the two time i have sallowed i gag.... but rather than taste it again i swallow.. is there anything wrong with that ...?
and i do like to do it dont get me worng...but i gag evey time
i know that drinking or eating sweet food will help   .....
