Hardly any time, let me tell you why… But first a little about me personally..
42 years old, good health, 5’10” 215 lbs (but working out 3 times a week to loose about 20 pounds by April). I enjoy biking, walking, swimming, parks, museums, the zoo, a lot of stuff, most anything a little girl likes to do (yes I have a 5 YO), I also enjoy adult activity as well, but I need someone to do it with. Adult time is hanging out with my friends, movies (at the show or in home) I don’t really go out to bars or dancing, but that does not mean I don’t know how to tear up a dance floor. I guess you could say I’m a little different than most guys, I have a great sense of humor, but I know when to be serious when it needs to be. Candle light dinners (yes I’m a great cook) and fireplace snuggling is way cool with me.
My Daughter is the main focus of my fife, I get her about half the month, and extra time as her mom works a lot, since she is my focus, I am a little hesitant to bring in new people into her life, yes I am protective of her. When dating, I make sure that if the person I am dating has kids, they get along, I will go more into the kids thing later)
I my self, work Monday through Friday in the mornings, I teach recovery classes at the Denver Rescue Mission on Monday nights, Tuesday Nights I run a Christian recovery program in Parker, Monday and Tuesday afternoons I am a teacher volunteer at my daughters school, then spend the afternoons tutoring her. A couple of Wednesdays a month I lead recovery classes at a church down town, on the weekends when I have my daughter I devote my time to making her laugh. I attend church regularly every weekend on some Wednesdays as well.
I don’t watch much regular T.V. but spend my down time studying or watching something educational. In January, I will start my on line classes in behavioral science (working on becoming a psycho therapist) and will be looking to get in to the health care field to get hours to count toward my Certificated Addiction Counselor degree.
I don’t drink or do drugs, I don’t mind someone that does drink but cannot tolerate drugs.
So that’s what I mean by don’t have much time. But I would enjoy meeting new interesting people, and if some kind of spark happens, GREAT!!
