I am an artist and single mother. I have one daughter still at home with me, and three older children who are successfully on their own.  Now, that was a challenge! LOL They are wonderful people, and they are my best friends.
I'm in a new-to-me town here in Oregon, where I walk on the beach daily. I love the scenery here, and the power from the ocean really calms me. I've been here since July, but am thinking about moving inland in/around Eugene/Cottage Grove because there is a school there that I think my daughter would benefit from attending. It's a free school, one where the kids are in charge of their education, and they excel and succeed at things that they want to do. Her being an Indigo child, well, it just sounds like an excellent way for her to finish her schooling.
I am a down to earth and fun loving woman. I enjoy simple things in life, and truly find that I'm happiest with paintbrush in hand or a good book to read. I don't watch much television, but some re-runs on Lifetime as I'm going to bed at night. I do love watching movies. I'm not political, so don't debate issues/etc well. The most important thing in my life is being happy.
