I rather hate describing myself but here goes... I'm a recent college grad with a degree in Biology and teaching certificate and have done a little bit of genetics research and am fascinated by microbiology and immunology. I am currently a substitute teacher until I get a full position as a high school teacher. I love music, especially celtic, folk, pop, and alternative. My ipod is with me so much of the time I swear it is permanently attached to me. I like to read. The latest series I read that I was enthralled in was the Merrily Watkins series by Phil Rickman. I highly suggest you check it out although you might have a wee bit of trouble finding it since the author is British.
I am looking for a guy who is patient, has a sense of humour, isn't afraid to woo me a little, and can carry a conversation. I don't need a big ego. Humbleness is much better. if you can't right now think of 3 flaws about yourself then your ego is to big. I'm not sure exactly what I want in a guy but the above three criteria are three that are pretty essential. I am an open minded person so a man who is too would be really nice. On my own I prefer to stay at home and watch tv or read a book but can generally be persuaded to get out and let loose. Honestly, I like to get out and do stuff...home can get boring after awhile.
A weird fact about me is that I am obsessed with raspberries. I love raspberry jam, doughnuts, lemonade, and my absolute favorite is raspberry truffles...yum. I had a raspberry snocone this weekend and boy was it yummy.
