I'm open to meeting new people and seeing where things go from there.
For my career I work for a non-profit agency that serves individuals with Autism. Most days I enjoy my job. I strongly believe in what I do.
I love to read, watch movies and my favorite TV shows,work out occasionally and every once in awhile work on my scrapbook. I enjoy going to concerts, museums, plays and musicals.
Things I enjoy: the ocean, the beach, sleeping in (when I don't have anything to do), good conversation, learning about autism, seeing the kids on my caseload make progress, helping others, making a difference, being appreciated, taking vacations, teaching others- kids, my staff; educating people about autism, teaching CPR and First Aid classes, teaching swimming lessons, coffee, swimming, and shopping.
Things I don't like: socks or shoes (I swear I'm not a hippie), cold weather (and snow), stupid people...
My friends tell me I'm funny, I can be sarcastic, I usually speak my mind. I think I am a strong woman and I am a hard worker.
My free time is very limited right now, I just started grad school at the beginning of January. We also just opened a new autism clinic which keeps me on my toes!
