It's not the number of breaths we take, it's the number that take our breath away." I love this quote and try to live my life by it. I see every day as an adventure and attempt to do something I've never done before as often as possible. Next challenge will be hang gliding. Love to dance, enjoy all types of music, water activities (kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, swimming), horseback riding, concerts, live plays and musicals, long walks, good coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at sunset.. Am very physically fit and work-out at least 5 days a week. Won't say I have buns of steel - but they're at least to iron level. My one job as a water aerobic instructor is my passion, especially the work I do in water therapy and rehab. My other job as an admin. asst. takes care of the nasty habits I learned early in life such as eating and having a roof over my head. Remember - Make love to my mind and the body will follow.
