I'm 6'4" and 230 lbs, I have a wide variety of interests ranging from the arts to outdoor activities. I shoot a mean game of pool and have been known to give free lessons to anyone who asks. I'm often judged by my appearance but could not care less. I tend to march by my own drummer. I am very well educated and possess 3 degrees. I am over the games people play and prefer to say what I mean and mean what I say. I won't ask anything of others that I am not willing to do myself.
I am new to the Sacramento Area, having moved here from out of State. Being new here I am more or less starting from scratch in terms of my Social Life (Or Lack thereof! lol)
I have been told that the Sac area has a lot to offer and I am anxious to get out there and experience it, unfortunately I honestly don't know where to go or what to do...

I try never to ask something of someone else that I am not willing to do myself. I don't cheat, lie, deceive (I've actually have met women who think there is a difference! lol) and I do my best to keep my word no matter what. If I tell you I am going to pick you up at a certain time...chances are I will be there 5 or 10 minutes early. If I say I will call....you can set your watch by it... I say what I mean...and mean what I say.
What I am looking for...
My preferences are a woman on the taller side....say taller than 5'7", This is a preference...not a requirement.
I prefer Slender, Trim, and/or Fit Women. Average is OK so long as it is actually Average. FYI...Average is NOT 20 lbs overweight! lol Heck, at 43 I am not in the shape I once was but I can still see my feet...Good Thing! Right? lol
I love long Hair on a woman. I like a woman who isn't afraid to dress down and go camping, hiking, or hit a dive bar for a few drinks, but who can also dress to the "Nines" I clean up well and like that in my partner as well.
If you smoke...that's fine. If you do drugs....I am not interested. If you cheat...I am not interested. If you have a problem with being honest...I am not interested.
I will also clarify that I seem to get along better with women a little younger than myself but really have no interest in someone more than 10 years younger than myself. I don't have an issue with a woman my own age, or a year or two older, who doesn't look or act her age. Unfortunately it seems that some women (not all, and Yes...many men do so as well) get to a certain age and let themselves go. I haven't and would prefer a woman who hasn't either.
I would love to find the woman who, while, not perfect, is perfect for me. Someone who is intelligent, communicative, honest, loyal, and dedicated. Someone who realizes that no one person is perfect and since we are imperfect by nature, that we cannot expect perfection in the other person. This person would be appreciative of the little things as well as the big. When they said Thank You...they would actually mean it. Someone who realizes that a relationship cannot exist without Honesty, Loyalty, and Respect. Someone who will talk to me about what is bothering them rather than talk about me behind my back.
