I am not looking for marriage or a family. I am not bored, lonely, or distraught. I am here because I am curious to see if there might be a compatible companion with whom I would like to begin a relationship.

I have never married. I came close, but it did not happen. Regardless, I have found it easy to create my own happiness in life. I am not looking to support someone financially.
My interests are wide and varied. My philosophy of life is to do good while I am here and leave good things behind. I accept people as they are. I have friends and loving family. I like using my mind and body and experiencing life...there are still things to discover and learn.
I am a car guy, so if you do not like cars or car shows, you should not be with me when I go to a show or cruise night. I love music. My favorite place is Big Sur. I do community work to help others who cannot help themselves. I am a softie, but not sentimental if the object of my sentiment is long gone or out of my reality. I do not hang with mean, evil, or wicked people. I do not look for trouble, but will defend myself if threatened by anything. I would risk my life to save some loved ones, but probably would not do that for a stranger.
However, like everyone, there is a lifetime of me that would take too many words to write here. And...I would relive every second of it if given the opportunity.
I am looking for a comfortable, non-pressured relationship with a sweet, traditional, sexual, fit, healthy, slender or thin, fun, kind, tolerant, happy, honest, independent, college-educated, self-sufficient, loving lady who seeks to share some of her life with someone who will appreciate and respect her for who she is and vice-versa.
Most importantly, that "X" factor must exist between my companion and me for me to pursue a lasting relationship. This is the knowing that the person you are with is comfortable with life and experiencing it to its fullest...and that you feel a natural bond with that person.
