Hi and thanks for taking time to read this. My name is Mike and I am a divorced father of a thirteen year old daughter that lives with me and I just Love to death. I am pretty laid back and like to do almost anything. I love everything in nature if the weather permits. I enjoy being active participating in all kinds of social settings from a Hockey, Baseball or a Football game to the fancy cafe or comedy club all the way to the fun but not fancy little bar with fun people. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to having fun.
I have spent the last couple of years primarily with my daughter and her friends and I would enjoy some adult company and discussions. I enjoy all the time I spend with my little girl but I need some good company with adults. I don't only mean in person but maybe by e-mail, chatting, phone whatever.
I am not a big drinker and not into drugs. My ex was so it tends to be a turn off for me. I am not a big sleeper or lazy very often although I do like to put on a fire, make popcorn and watch a movie and do a little cuddling occasionally. I am an honest person and I look for the same in others. I love to laugh and act crazy sometimes as life gets a little too serious and being able to cut loose is important.
I believe in communications with that special person. I think that being best friends is a very important part of a great relationship. Including each other in life is important and special to a couples longevity, security, and happiness. When life throws a curve a couple that communicates and doesn't run from difficult situations can survive anything provided they truly are best friends and love, respect and are honest with each other.
I hope to meet someone that likes to have fun and can move smoothly past depressing issues that may arise in life. Everyone has tough times at one time or another but dwelling on it will never improve the situation.
I really enjoy listening to music and like almost any type with the exception of some of the Rap and Hip Hop. I am really big on the 70's and 80's rock genres. I am loyal and hard working. I like my domestic chores(believe it or not) and I love to cook, especially for my little girl. That is not to say I don't like to go out to restaurants because I really do enjoy that also.
I don't respect cheaters or people that are not honest and I am not one of those. Pass me up if you don't agree. If you are married and reading this then shame on you.
I really like computers and diving into the internet. You just can't learn enough and there is so much out there to see. That includes travel and the outdoors. Love both but at the same time I can be a real homebody sometimes during the week. Send me an e-mail and maybe we can chat and get to know each other.
