Happiness is not a destination. It's a method of life. I'm truly lucky to have recognised this early on in my life.
I worked as a foreign translator for numerous INGOs and state departments in the EU before finding my niche in the biotech industry. My friends and family are all a bit scattered geographically, but travel has always been such a big part of my life that it never seems to hinder us from seeing each other.
I have a passion for recreation and am an avid supporter (and participant) of various athletic charities in the spring/summer months. When I'm not busy with friends/family I can usually be found running, biking, hiking, swimming, golfing, playing tennis, surfing, sailing, or finding some new cafe in the city to read at that is devoid of clutch puppies and ringing cell phones 
I've reached a point in my life where I enjoy spending my time with people who value the same things that I do and who welcome inspiration. I welcome inspriation wherever it may be found (even in the most unlikely of places). I would enjoy meeting someone who values honesty and balance in their life. A passion for travel and a good sense of humour doesn't hurt either.
