Okay, I've revised my profile . Geez, already ! My name is Tim and I live in Colorado. (the most beautiful state in the US, IMHO). I am proud of my five (Yes 5 !) children. As far as me ... I work in the medical field repairing hospital equipment. I can fix just about anything with the right tools and service manuals but right now I have the responsibility for all the lab equipment for 3 facilities. I have done this sort of work for 17 years and still enjoy it immensely. However, if I had my choice I would love to be a chef at my own upscale eatery !! My retirement dream is to own a B&B up near my favorite ski-town here in Colorado ! On a more intimate level, I do love to cook and I think I am pretty good at it, being mostly self taught. I love to read (both fiction and non) and usually have at least 2 books going at any one time. BTW, one of my favorite books read in the past 15 months or so was ' The Kite Runner '. Everyone should read this book ... very moving and beautiful and sad and happy. I also love music. I play at playing guitar and piano. I sometimes even write musical poems. (They're almost good enough to be songs). My personal CD collection is somewhat eclectic; from Etta to Eric to Elvis (Presley AND Costello). And from Dizzy to Dino to Dio! Also many points and tangents in-between. Out-of-doors I like to golf, camp, hike and fish, ride my bike, look at clouds and thunderstorms, watch the stars and meteor showers, pick fresh vegetables (and then EAT them !) and myriad other activities.
