The first thing you should know about me is that I take care of my mother who fell ill 6 yrs ago. Looking for romance takes a lot of time that I, unfortunatly, do not have. If I WAS to meet someone, I would take the time to get together. Otherwise I pretty much take the time to care for my mom. I am a pretty decent person. I guess you can say I'm a kid at heart. I own video games, still watch the OLD cartoons. I am not immature, just like to think of myself as young. I am not big on "serious" conversations, although I am not against it. (Especially if a topic strikes my interest.) I just like to have fun. I like to go to theme parks, watch / participate in many different sporting events, and sometimes just sit back and be silly. On the serious side, I am not afraid to get close with someone, although I like to take my time. Finding the "right" or "close to right" person does take time. If you find me interesting and would like to get to know me better, patience is usually the best way. Once a relationship has been established, you will find that it was worth it. I'm not being high and mighty about myself. I just know what other people have said. Once you have a friend in me, you always have a friend in me. Also VERY IMPORTANT. Family is very important to me. My parents were there for me when I was growning up and I believe it is time for me to be there now that they are getting older. If you can't count on your family, who can you count on.
