About Me:
nature photography, a hobby of passion and delight, especially close or macro of colorful stuff, even bugs, or natures crystal of morning sunlight sparkling through two things I can think of at the moment: dew drops on a spider web, or frozen rain in trees. Generally an easy going person, I like some board and card games just for the fun and social interaction (but can be quite competitive if someone bags on how good they think they are). I like do some bicycling, canoeing and kite flying now and then, I'll do these things with or without company but company is welcome if they are into these activities or reasonably interested in trying, otherwise. I video a fair number of church and community programs. Once upon a time the military gave me an all expense paid trip/adventure northeast Africa. I have caught sharks and seen coral reefs in the Red Sea, seen camel caravans, drank the original recipe Coca Cola, took my Land Rover places I shouldn't have been and made it back, etc. Places I have been outside of the USA: Asmara, Addis Ababa, Nirobi, Geneva airport, London, Honduras, and a few times into Ontario, and Quebec. Have been to California two times, saw the Grand Canyon on one trip out and Yellowstone on the other trip comeing back east, but I haven't been to Florida yet... Oh, I'm also TV illiterate, haven't had it for 15+ years and don't miss it much at all, but do listen to a fair amount of AFR network radio. I have a couple job titles at church and am active.
