Pets are children with 4 legs, brand names represent money well spent, drama and baggage in life are paramount to simple enjoyments, personal happiness is the responsibility of a significant other, that they are victims of life and victimized for life, that relationships are measured by tit for tat, that they must parent their mate, sexiness takes no work, chores are defined by gender and not mutual fun filled responsibilities, that they must compete with their mate in areas where they have no real talent, time must be managed to the second, spontaneous ideas have no merit, thinking aloud is a position or opinion to be argued and not discussed, money grows on trees, visiting the beach is a 30 minute retreat, camping is a room at the holiday inn, family laundry should be aired in public and what goes on behind privately closed bedroom doors is not an open and adult adventure but a requirement or a privilege given and that ‘fixing others’ is their life path, and that disagreements call for war and pain instead sharing discussion and that sarcasm is humor...
