Hey! My name's Shawn. I grew up in TX but now I'm in Norman attending the University of Oklahoma.
I enjoy SHARING time with friends, not just spending it. It's all about having fun, yet knowing the limits.
I want someone who is willing to give the time of the day, wanting to share things and ideas, someone who loves to cuddle. Someone w/ a great sense of HUMOR. Laid back, but not so much that life just goes by. Someone who wants me to protect them, yet at the same time is able to stick up for themselves when appropriate.
The philosophy 'Live everyday like it's your last' is something I definitely live by. You never know when it may one day end, and when it comes to afterlife, once again-can't be too sure. I try extremely hard not to take anything for granted, and I find myself enjoying those things that most people would not even notice.
Nature is amazing, not to mention Mother Nature, herself. I love weather, whether chasing it, learning about it, watching it, experiencing it, or just plain talking about it. Technology is extremely important, especially in today's society. I love mixing nature and technology together-which explains why I love traveling and driving so much.. Took a real fun roadtrip once on a whim w/ some friends to find the highest point of a few states along with the point at which 3 states meet. You will catch me taking risks, especially those that you can really get something out of.
Music is awesome and sometimes works like a life-saver. Can't live w/out it!
When it comes to religion, I don't really focus on spirituality, but instead just philosophy-specifically those that describe what it takes to just enjoy life and be as happy as possible, and not hurting anyone or anything along the way.
I want to be with a girl who is both independent and dependent of our relationship. Someone who can back up her words and stands up for what she believes in, while keeping an open mind, too!
