I'm a very deep guy and at the same time am a big tease. Very into the arts and literature. Love to hike, camp, work out (particularly running), paintball, basketball, football, ping pong....really anything. I guess what I'm looking for is a girl with depth who respects herself and expects the same from her man. My attention is caught when I hear a girl expressing a passion of hers or conviction.
Randomness:
I'm very into poetry and writing music (trying to get into recording, but equipment is so expensive!). Love the Middle Ages and the Romantics. I collect swords. Not very mechanical minded, but I really enjoy trying to figure my car out by myself; I've found the garage to be a very peaceful haven in the middle of a stressful week.
I'm attending college for elementary education with a minor in English. Have become a super-senior. Attended a community college, then a bible college, and now State School....yeah it's been interesting.
Teach Sunday School children and have worked with the YMCA for years. Currently I'm running my own landscaping business (first entrepeneur endeavor!).
I love running through the woods. Working out wise, I prefer being outside. When I was able to (had a few injuries) I got really into tae qwon do and tai'chi, and I try to keep up with old routines and workouts from those days.
Perhaps it's the old gent side of my personality, but I do enjoy sitting out in the sunset with a good pipe every now and then. I love to read, probably get into mythology and ancient manuscripts the most (yes, I do have an undying inner geek within me).
Huge Batman fan.
I greatly enjoy perusing thrift stores for vintage, used book stores, chilling at coffee shops.
Love music. Listen to just about anything (except gangster rap....just can't stand the image).
Hike A LOT. The woods are where it's at for me. Love to camp out in the middle of nowhere.
Sports-wise, I appreciate just about everything. I was never a die-hard competitor...maybe from growing up with people who took it way too seriously. I give it my best, but in the end, it's still a game to me. Took awhile to get there....it took the Eagles losing the last Superbowl they were in....well, not going to go there 
and yes, I'm a philly native btw but live in the harrisburg area.
Love to walk, especially during twilight or on a clear starry night.
I've been with only one girl before. We grew very close and planned on marriage, but things did not work out. Hence I have only dated a few times in the last 4 or 5 years now. College takes up so much time (PA has a rigorous educational system), but again, I have not run into girls that I greatly respect. I've gone through three colleges--one community, one Bible, and now state school--and most girls come across sleazy and it feels like they're just looking for the next guy to do....I CAN'T STAND THAT. Give yourself an accident, or simply time, and hotness matters not.
Character, Integrity, now that means something....and that's what I'm looking for.
