Note: I'm currently dating someone. I'm open to talking to people, but i'm mostly here for the forums at this point unless something changes.
I'm Adam. I'm currently finishing up my Criminal Justice degree and working part time in Loss Prevention and volunteering with an auxiliary police unit in my town.
However, my experiences here so far have turned me into a bit of a cynic. But feel free to prove me wrong, lol.

I'm not very into the bar scene or night clubs, hence why i'm trying a site like this. I drink when I want to be sociable, but generally speaking i don't like to drink at all.
I'm good with faces. Bad with names... but I certainly won't forget anyone.
I'm good with my hands. Projects, big or small. No formal training, so I read books and watch videos and teach myself the most I can. The last how-to book I purchased was on wood carving. I've taken several art classes and wood has always been my preferred medium.
I'm a horrible dancer, that is, during the rare times I've tried.
Minus scary movies, I like a little bit of everything. My favorites have to be Iron Man], Black Hawk Down, 300, Star Trek, Transformers, Star Wars, The Last Samurai, Avatar, Forest Gump, Scott Pilgrim, Red, and Fight Club.
TV wise I'm a hardcore Battlestar Galactica and Craig Ferguson fan! I love NCIS, Cash Cab, and Dirty Jobs too. I also love British panel shows, like Never Mind the Buzzc*cks, QI, and a few others.
Music wise, I love Linkin Park. I also listen to Chevelle, The Killers, MGMT, The Offspring, Vampire Weekend, Temper Trap, and Muse. I also love all of Bear McCreary's work from Battlestar Galactica soundtrack.
I love asian food, whether it be Sushi, Chinese, or Korean. Sushi is my number one, but I love to eat all three. If i could, i'd eat them all the time.
