My name is Al and I am a Cuban-Irish US Army officer that just returned in April from a year tour in Iraq. I am stationed in Sierra Vista, about an hour east and south east of Tucson, but I spend most of my off time in Tucson. I am 36 years old, 5'7' and 160lbs. I am an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hiking, snowboarding, mountainbiking, surfing, skiing, scuba diving -just about anything outdoors, particularly if there is a beach involved. I am also an entry-level sprint-triathlete, and a city league soccer player so I keep in good shape. I also have a myriad of other interests, from theater and museums to debate to telling silly stories or singing karaoke. My friends describe me as a person who immediately energizes a room and makes it a point to include everyone in the moment. I am interested in meeting an athletic, educated, and independent lady age 23 to 36 and shorter than 5'8, who is interested in pursuing outdoor adventures at random, but still enjoys dressing up for a night on the town.
