I possess a positive outlook on life and have a genuinely kind and caring attitude toward others. I'm shy at first (my friends crack up when I say this) but soon after I become rather gregarious. Perhaps cautious is a more apt description of me than shy. I grew up in an Irish catholic family in DC. where I have 4 great sisters whom I absolutely adore. I was a bartender and restaurant manager for many years and have had my share of very good times. Recently divorced (2 years ago) after 23 pretty decent years, my ex and I have two grown sons. The baby is a sophomore at George Washington University and his older brother is autistic but is doing just great. I love music, comedy clubs {used to work in one} cinema, poetry, Celtic history, animals, international cuisines, dancing, karaoke, the ocean and pretty much all sports. I'm in the process of trying to quit smoking and have even considered hypnosis as an option. A good friend of mine did this and achieved pretty good results, however, she did relapse later. Alas, it is a battle. Honestly, if you are just oh so tired of gamesters and seek a real good man, a one woman man, a honest man that will always love you and make you laugh, then I'm your guy. God, it would be great to be in love with someone again.
