i have not had a STEADY relationship in a few years & have been resigned to the probability that I will never marry. Until recently.
without warning my very best friend suddenly died of a heart attack. Recently we had several discussions about my reluctance to engage in the dating wars. He told me a good woman was not going to fall through the roof into my lap, & the only way that a guy could find some happiness for himself is to make an active effort & hope luck is on your side.he also pointed out I have been a very lucky individual my whole life & it would only be logical for me to be fortunate enough to find someone with whom I could form a satisfying & lasting relationship. A very strange thing happened: my friend is gone & I'm no longer able to speak with him. Only
NOW I hear his words very clearly. Takes some people a little longer to figure it out than others. Funny how that works!
so here I am looking for a fun date 1st & foremost & if we should be lucky enough to connect on some level, perhaps good things can happen. At the very least I am hoping to increase my circle of friends & meet a new & diverse group of people. My inital expectation is to enjoy your company & hope for something bigger & better...
