I hope to find someone who is looking for a serious relationship, nothing smothering though. My main rule is I'll be me and you be you...I think love really is supporting someone to become the peron that is continually growing inside. Kids are fine, I kinda miss them around. I'd much prefer a day at an Art Gallery or Museum than hanging at a club...but I do love live jazz and blues. I played drums a bit in my youth and have a huge appetite for music and the arts. Or spending the day in Cape May and strolling along seeing all the old Victorian homes.
Ok, yeah I do smoke but that is negotiable, in fact I think I have a fairly good idea of what I might be willing to compromise, there is no such thing as the ideal mate....as long as someone is open minded and kind....theyre ideal to me.
I'm half Greek and half English, not very steeped in either culture but I have alot of interst in History and Science and and Astronomy. I like good conversation but also I love to play-flirt and intellectual teasing, you know, Banter Hey, theres an old Greek Myth thst goes along the lines that the Gods were pissed and so they split sould in two, one female the other male....I'm looking for my other half. So , if you like masculine guys who know how to bring home some Gardenias for placing next to the bed and like Romance fire away.
My Grandfather was all Greek, he lived about 20 miles south of sparta and told stories of thermopylae, if you saw the movie 300, it was a fair representation of the brutality of their warriors but what was more accurate and delightful was the spartan woman, though, respected and revered....and the line where she said come back with your shield or on it was true. But I loved the way they did the love scene, very sensual and not smutty, but she advised him and she alkso said only a true Spartan woman can give birth to a spartan man....which made me proud.

As I stated I love musoic, played drums and I have seen Zeppelin, the who allman brothers. temtations james brown and many others live...I have a friend in a band called leonard egg wwho is also a movie producer and teaches film in NYC, he keeps me up on new stuff...I love acquostic and folk...like Ani DeFranco
