Private but not introverted. Devoted but not clingy. Need my own space but am always there for my friends or companion. Small list of people who I can call "friend". Long list of acquaintances. Non smoker, social drinker, drug free. Lonely but not desperate. I'm 60 years old, 5'9” and a fit 175lbs. I find myself alone at a time in my life that I had always assumed I would be happily married to my soul mate. I have been without that soul mate for quit a while now. I have no interest in jumping back into a marriage but I would cherish the warm companionship of an honest, caring woman. I seek a true friend that I can treat like a lady, spoil like a child, and love like a woman.
I am not wealthy nor will I ever be. I have worked hard all my life and will continue to do so. I ask for nothing that I can't earn and your respect falls into that category. I enjoy riding a motorcycle on long lonely back roads, with an occasional long weekend trip when the weather is nice. I enjoy going to different places and meeting different people. Others have said that I am good with people but I don't see myself as particularly a "people person". I tend to have only a few people that I call friends and usually have one special friend that I spend most of my time with. That position has been open for some time now.
I am honest in my dealings with people. I try to treat people as I am treated. I hate dishonesty and deceit. I am open with my feeling and expect the same from others. I consider myself a romantic. I enjoy treating a lady as a lady. I enjoy holding hands while walking, a hug and a kiss without worrying about who is watching, or that special look that a man and a woman exchange from across the room when that "magic"connection is present.
So if you're interested, we should correspond for a while and get an idea of what makes the other tick. I will answer all inquiries even if I feel that we are not compatible. Then a meeting, maybe over a cup of coffee or lunch, to see if there is that special "click". If we both feel that it is worth pursuing, we can continue from there.
