I have a rather unique perspective on life - simultaneously youthfully optimistic, and gently sardonic. I am known for holding strong views on a diverse range of offbeat subjects including, the comic genius of Carole Lombard, the superiority of cast iron skillets, and the need for tango lessons in mid-life. My friends are amused by my belief that quality pajamas are one of life's great luxuries. I own a diverse library of 'how-to' books. Unfortunately the size of the library precludes space for actually attempting projects. I was raised in Michigan, have attended several universities (being a bit of an academic gypsy), lived in a handful of states, and have resided in both the UK and Denmark. For most of my life I have worked independently, and am comfortable with making decisions, and accepting the consequences of my actions.
The woman who will hold my attention will probably share absolutely none of my existing interests. She will of course have passionate interests of her own. Her mind, her imagination, and her spark, hold the key to our attraction. Smiling comes easily to her. She will have a sense of feminine charm, but I would not be surprised if there was a dash of impishness about her as well. She has friends and family in whose life she is interested and involved.
