Let's see... First of all, my name is Laura... I am a Christian and my faith is a big part of my life. I'm currently about to start my junior year in college and I am studying History and Criminal Justice/Pre-Law. I believe in soul mates and in falling in love at first sight. I love the smell of rain (and dancing in it) As well as the musky smell of a cold winters night. I can't go anywhere without my ipod because its the soundtrack to my life. I'm strong willed and independent mixed with the down home southern charm your mother would love. I have an unhealthy obsession with Elvis and collect vintage movie stuff. I'm laid back with a contagious giggle when I really get going.
I'm shy and soft spoken at first, but don't let this fool you because I am also very sassy and outgoing. I am very passionate about politics/government and law; I love Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush and I am a hard core Republican. I love my family and my friends like nobodys business, I like looking at the stars and also fine art. I'm a girly girl and I cry easily, especially at sappy movies. I love spontaneous adventures and acting a little crazy- yet not too crazy. I love the smell of wild honeysuckle in the summer time and I will probably drink sweet tea until I die. I LOVE to cuddle and I am also extremely ticklish in some places. I've played piano for about 14 years now, and I am starting to learn guitar. I'm pretty excited about it.
If I were a character I would be a mix of Scarlett O'Hara because I'm a lovable southern spitfire and Bridget Jones because everyone needs some comic relief. I love ben and jerrys ice cream and can do one heck of a forrest gump impression.
To me, there is nothing sexier than a man who can hold a conversation well. I like to talk alot and it is important to know that someone can hold an intelligent conversation about world events, etc. I am looking for a guy who can be both serious and funny. I laugh constantly and I think it is important to have someone who can make me laugh, or atleast put a smile on my face. I'm also looking for someone who will like me more for my intelligence than my looks. While looks are important when it comes to these things, but not everything.
