Hi. Thanks for stopping by.
An engineer by training, a project manager by trade, an optimist by nature, and a hopeless romantic at heart. Last of the order of the modern-day-knights, father of one, and husband of none. The glass is always half full for me, and I am very much at peace with the guy in the mirror.
I am looking for a partner who loves outdoors, believes in the kindness of the human race, takes care of her body, and who considers herself to be optimist, patient, self-confident, witty, and playful. She is at peace with the 17-year old girl in the mirror, and she knows that some rules of the society were meant to be broken, or at least bent, when it comes to what a man and woman do when they are enjoying each other's company.
I watch very little TV, but love going to the movies or enjoying them at home on a good home theater. I spend a lot of time on my sailboat, my car, my motorcycle, farmer's markets, wherever there is live music, and wherever friends are gathered. I like driving and try to escape the city whenever I can. I am very comfortable in, over, near and under water. I am learning how to surf now and will try para gliding before the summer is over. I am a professional SCUBA diver.
Just in case it is needed, I can (and do) Cook, whip up a delicious and nutritious dinner, and can fix just about anything around the home.
I am about 1 1/2 years out of a long marriage, and I am not particularly in search of a long-term relationship. I believe it will happen, if it was meant to happen. Until then, I am just looking for a companion/partner to enjoy what life has to offer. I believe respect, love, understanding, compassion, intimacy, sex, honesty, passion and not being judgmental are the elements of a fulfilling life.
Physical attraction and the proverbial "click" and "chemistry", of course, are very important.
