I am a healthy spirited, well educated, professional female. Interests include a combinaton of both worlds. Both the mental as well as the physical.
In addition to my vegan life style, I am a dedicated runner who enjoys the rigors of daily physical exercise. On the other side of the coin, I strive on the mental stimulation of conversation regarding current events covering all areas of the spectrum. English literature, Physiology, and cooking whole foods are also of great interest to me.
I am seeking a strong willed, affectionate-loving male who appreciates the humor in life, but at the same time, is serious minded in his long term goals regarding his direction in life. He is not only self -sufficent, and independant, he is also a non-smoker who does not drink and participates in some type of healthy physical activity on a daily basis.

In the past, I've found myself enjoying the tropics of various Caribbean Islands, but have recently dreamed of visiting the home land of my ancestors... beautiful, picturesque, Italy! History, culture, and culinary flair which can't be surpassed!

I've been a vegan for 24 years and love creating healthy food dishes to please the palate. Of course, this does not stop me from baking you a batch of your favorite cookies! I'm a old fashioned, type girl with old world morals. Beauty both in and out.
