About me...
I'm a huge Red Sox fan, Go Sox !!!, Excuse me that would be the 2007 World Series Champion Boston Redsox,.who received the shock of his life when my wife of 26 years informed me she wanted out of our marriage and was moving out. That was then....this is now. Time to stop the grieving, time to make a positive out of a negative, time to get out of the house, and do some living again!!! Its time to begin this new part of my life, with a rekindled spirit, to be happy, grateful for lessons learned, and live again. A while ago I thought this would never be possible, now I find its more than possible its mandatory. So forward I go (like we all must), with a new snap in my step, a new awareness of the world and my surroundings, and the guts to accomplish what must be done.
I'm looking for some companionship, someone to have a conversation with, not just talk. Someone to share my deepest feeling with, I swear Ill get them out,(if not maybe you can help me with that)..Seems we men have a HUGE problem getting feeling statements out Ill try. Someone who will listen to me, and I' ll listen to them. Someone who can reach a compromise both parties can live with, without rising their voices, getting angry, or getting hostile. Someone to have fun and a good time with. I'll try to keep you laughing, or at least smiling. If something more develops that would be fantastic, if not that will be fine also. So you contact me, or I'll contact you, and come on lets get together and get going!!!! Theres a whole new world out there lets go! I find I'm really missing the daily contact with the opposite sex, the conversations, holding hands, the stupid little jokes, the touching. I miss the whole thing and want it back.
The most important thing in my life is...
My family! Im the middle child of 5 children, two older sisters, two younger sisters. Holy cow what a childhood, and still yet another long story. My Mom is still with us but not in the best of health, so we all do what needs to be done for her. I just re-united with by two grown daughters after a 15 year separation, (another long story) and met my grand son, age 7, for the first time. What a hoot that was, he's a mini me!! And I want them all in my life, this time to stay. My pet Sun Conure, Sammie is very important to me, he helped me through a lot of dark days. I'm sure if your not a bird or pet owner you wouldn't understand that.
