Single for 8 years....(married for 32) Semi-retired, working some from home. Active, healthy(gym 3 or 4 times a week, nice long walks most days. Still take a fair amount of pride in my appearance(regular manicures, hair appts etc) but not obsessed with image. Priorities have shifted in last few years.(have been on both sides of most fences including the rich/poor continuum and now know neither side necessarily provides the keys to happiness.I have experienced pleasant and unpleasant times both rich and poor, while traveling first class world wide and tent camping miles into nowhere. (hope to experience more of each and then some!!)
Enjoy reading, personal growth, many friends, my adult children(2) and one grandchild(teenager already)Am thoroughly enjoying this stage of life(surprised by how full and fulfilling it can be..who woulda thunk it?!) Am both curious and grateful by nature which makes much of my life about learning and exploring(not just places, but ideas, thoughts, philosophies, art, cultures and lifestyles!)But also know I prefer to have one man in my life as a true life partner to experience all the joys and adventures awaiting us.YES! I am ready for him where ever and when ever I find him.
