This is so Greek to me. In most of my relationships we were friends first but since that has worked so well for me I thought I would try this. It is better to have loved and lost... right? I am on the home stretch of a bad 12 yr marriage; in my infinite wisdom I tried to get out there right away. In 5 months I got ripped apart. I actually learned from this in that I saw both sides of the broken heart coin, how's that for karma. I try to learn from my mistakes, and if I have, I should be damn smart by now. I was raised with strong morals and values, which appear to be antiquated. I don't subscribe to this just yet, I hope there are decent and honest people out there. At any rate, I'm not rushing this time. I just need to meet good people (to repair my soul), who want to have some laughs, fun, and basically just enjoy each others company. I used to get nicknames like smiley, happy, tigger(bouncy for those not familiar with Winnie The Pooh). I am honest to a fault, loyal, trusting (starting to sound like a boy scout), always looking for new adventures (some may say crazy). I am a good team player. I have a home on the water, but not sure for how long because of the divorce. The housing market what it is, I may need to sell now or stay a few years. I obviously love the water, but I also love the mountains (I have skied everywhere). I like most all outdoor activities, and have tried most. I live to travel, both here and abroad. I have been to many places. I would like to meet someone with a spirit of adventure, where every day will make our eyes wide with excitement. Must be able to play catch, or at least be willing to learn. P.S. I thought this talking about myself would be tough, but I deleted 3 pages. Other than the fact I can ramble on; I consider myself shy, although all my friends laugh at me when I say that (I'm considered 180 degrees. from shy).
