Walk 45 min. to an hour each morning. I'm now starting to ride my BIKE in the Fall. Cooler weather makes you ride longer & have a better Workout.
After workout, Have some Healthy b'fast. Call my Daughter each day to wish her well & see how her day's going. Love kids. Keep us Young & up on the new gadgets & gizmos. Also keep us UP late!!
Enjoy weekend getaways to cities, towns or backwoods places I havent been to. ENjoy going to visit old Hi School & College friends. Makes for a great weekend & Reunion all in one.
