I am independent, own my home and love flower gardening and working on my yard when the weather is good, and indoor projects during the winter. I enjoy sewing, crafts, baking (always from scratch! I make 22 kinds of cookies at Christmas (all fancy), and I've made 3 wedding cakes for relatives so far), darts, pool (shooting or swimming!) dancing, games, bones, and sewing. Also movies (in or out), festivals, walking, rollerblading (I am a novice, and probably always will be), curling up on the couch to relax, or sitting on my deck reading. I love spending time w/my dog (Moose) & bunnies (Digger/Doodles). Television is not my best friend.
I enjoy cooking. My father was German/Irish, and my mother was Norwegian. I am not a gourmet cook - mom 'n pop style all the way. Yankee Pot Roast, Breaded Pork Chops, potato pancakes, rouladen, and alot more - although my daughters tell everybody they know that my mac 'n cheese and cinnamon toast is the best! Sometimes, it's the simple things .......
I am a legal secretary working for a large law firm in downtown Milwaukee, and I love what I do for a living. I have killer legs, and like to wear skirts and spike heels (clear platforms are my favorite!), wear only Giorgio perfume (G! for light and breezy summer days, Giorgio Original for "sweet" days, and Red when I'm feeling bold and sassy), I dress for my man at intimate times and have been known to show up for dinner at a restaurant wearing nothing but a raincoat. I am funny and fun to be with, and I know how to use a drill, electric hedge trimmer, and a band saw(!) and I keep an immaculate house and have the finest trimmed lawn in my hood (that's what my neighbors all say!).
I'm looking for what we are all on here looking for: a loving, caring relationship (who doesn't want to feel loved?) - with a man who still believes in honor, honesty, decency and integrity. A relationship that, although it may become a committed relationship over time, isn't going to lead to living together or marriage, because I'm not in the market for either. I enjoy living alone and appreciate the freedoms it affords, and I respect that freedom for others as well. I'm not a BBW, but I'm not the size 2 barbie doll cheerleader either. I am comfortable with who I am, confident in myself and secure in the life that I live. If you're looking to relive high school - good luck with that, but I can't help you.
