No doubt this is an awkward way to meet someone new but then life has sped up hasn't it. We seem to work harder and faster as we get older and more alone which leaves not nearly enough time to meet someone by happenstance, or Aunt Ada's perfect match (yeah sure!). But the same level of respect applies here as it does at the laundrymat or grocery store should we meet. I'm a simple guy looking for someone to share some fun time, laughing, talking, walking. I would like quiet time to play my guitar and learn your songs, or dangle our feet in a stream and gaze up at the trees. Then we'll go to Coldstones or a Pub for a treat. Maybe we could go for a hike some Saturday morning or a drive chasing the sunset? (The ocean is too far away, otherwise we could walk on the beach.) I like unhurried romance and mutual affection. I respect your personal time and you mine but we can't live lonely, it's not healthy...looking for balance without static cling. Let's talk some, see if we fit.
